    I’m 5’11 athletic build, and at 150 lb.

    order this as XL for gym pump cover. sleeve reaches a little above my elbow and shirt length reaches right below the crotch area. if you are looking for a more medium fit, I would suggest getting a large.

    haven’t washed the shirt yet, but I expect it to shrink a bit hence why I ordered XL. the print looks like it might peel off in the dryer if you don’t reverse the shirt inside out. usually for these prints, I dry on low heat and let it hang to dry
